As a Fresh Food Hall Assistant, you'll bring a passion for great food and outstanding customer service, helping customers discover new flavours, find the perfect products, and enjoy the warm, personal experience that has made Fortnum & Mason famous for over 300 years.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service within our Fresh Food Hall, creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Share product knowledge and make recommendations across our range of fresh and speciality foods
- Prepare, merchandise, and maintain attractive displays to the highest standards
- Support customers with tastings and product selections, helping them discover something new
- Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within a food retail, deli, fresh food, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
- A genuine passion for exceptional food and delivering outstanding customer service
- A warm, friendly, and confident approach with excellent people skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about our products
