Overview
Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our unique Wine Bar at our Flagship store in Piccadilly.
The role involves demonstrating world‑class service, passion for our product, and the ability to bring this to life for each customer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant and ensure it meets and exceeds F&M standards and targets.
- Coach and develop managers to ensure operational efficiency and lead by example.
- Update management on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues.
- Tour the restaurant regularly and chair regular meetings with managers.
- Demonstrate high levels of planning, organising, and time‑management to drive operational execution across the department.
- Cooperate with the General Manager and assist with project planning and staff management.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and address issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience within a wine‑focused dining environment – essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers.
