Fortnum & Mason are looking for a Junior Talent Partner to support the Head Office function. The purpose of this role is to support the Head Office Talent Manager to manage the full recruitment life cycle from job briefing with stakeholders, advertising roles, sourcing candidates, CV screening, managing feedback and updating our ATS system and trackers.
Support the Head Office Talent Manager in the full 360 recruitment process to ensure all business, candidate and stakeholder needs are met. Be fully accountable for the candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding, making sure people have an on-brand Fortnum's experience throughout.
To fully utilise our ATS system. Update recruitment trackers. Give candidate feedback in a timely manner, making sure the candidate has an on-brand and personal experience. Work closely with the wider Talent and HR team to update on progress and flag any issues that need escalating.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruiter, either from agency or another in-house role.
- Experience of using initiative with an ability to work at pace and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal communication with an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Tech Savvy with experience of working with an ATS system and using the system to its full potential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
This is a hybrid role and the role holder will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.
