As Deputy Store Manager, you will play a vital role in both the day to day running and long term success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Championing exceptional customer service and ensuring our service standards are consistently exceeded.
- Leading, motivating and developing a talented sales team, cultivating a culture of growth, engagement and excellence.
- Overseeing store operations, ensuring impeccable presentation, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Analysing and reporting on KPIs and trade performance, communicating insights to the executive team and wider business.
- Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial and cultural success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and developing a high performing, diverse retail team.
- Confidence with HR processes and recruitment within a retail setting.
- The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong IT, analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business data.
- Full flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
