Our Head Office department is located in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our flagship store. This central London location offers easy access to restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and is just a short walk from Green Park Tube Station and numerous bus stops.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Report Support: Provide analytical insight and support financial reporting to enable commercial decision making. Analyse current and past KPI trends, highlight commercial opportunities and risks to revenue, margin and costs, and ensure KPIs remain relevant for performance measurement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Ensure seamless sign‑off with relevant directors, monitor performance against budget/forecast on a monthly basis, and report highlights via the monthly P&L meeting. Own the payroll budget.
  • Business Partnering: Own and deliver business reporting for channels using Business Intelligence tools and dashboards. Improve performance through process evaluation, prepare presentations for the Executive Board and Senior Management Team, coach managers in financial analysis, and maintain close working relationships with key contacts.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the 5‑Year Plan from a commercial finance perspective, embed project benefits into subsequent plans/forecasts, track improvements, and integrate learnings into future projects. Attend conferences and third‑party events to gain market insights.
  • Risk & Ops Management: Manage risks and operations through the monthly performance cycle, record risks from sales to trading profit, and work with stakeholders to mitigate challenges.
  • Ad‑Hoc Analysis & Projects: Evaluate new business proposals, support decision making with commercial analysis, sensitivities and ROI/IRR assessments. Perform ad‑hoc analysis as requested, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with 5+ years post‑qualified experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including macros, INDEX/MATCH, IF formulas, and pivot tables
  • Experience developing data platforms and commercial reports
  • Proven track record in multi‑unit retail or restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to multitask at speed
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Creative, self‑motivated, and highly driven
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI or D365 (desired)
  • Experience with Microsoft DAX (desired) and D365 (desired)
  • Ability to manage objections and conflicts effectively (desired)
