Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment. A passion for coffee, tea, and delivering outstanding service. Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast‑paced setting. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism - Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures
- Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the café area - Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
