We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional café experience, combining high-quality coffee-making with outstanding customer service on the shop floor. You’ll be the face of our brand - welcoming customers, crafting drinks to perfection, and ensuring every interaction feels warm, personal, and memorable.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to the highest standard
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging approach
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently recommend items
- Support the wider team with sales, merchandising, and replenishment
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the café and service areas clean, organised, and inviting
What We Are Looking For
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
- Passionate about coffee, food, and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
