As we prepare for our busiest and most exciting time of year, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team on a seasonal basis.
Starting throughout October and November, you'll support our restaurant teams during the festive season, helping deliver outstanding service through to the end of December.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a premium hospitality environment while being part of a passionate and welcoming team. Every interaction counts, and you'll help create the memorable experiences that make Fortnum's so special
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering attentive and professional water service throughout guests' dining experiences.
- Supporting the wider restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
- Preparing and resetting tables to the highest standards.
- Proactively replenishing water and assisting guests with requests.
- Creating memorable experiences through warm and engaging customer service.
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Supporting colleagues during busy festive trading periods.
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of our menus, services and guest experience standards.
About You
We're looking for individuals who:
- Previous front-of-house experience within a fine dining environment.
- Are passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Take pride in attention to detail and presentation.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Are available to work throughout the festive season, including weekends and evenings.
- Can commit to a seasonal contract running until the end of December.
