As a Stock Keeper, you will be at the heart of our operation — ensuring our shelves are always perfectly presented, our stockrooms run smoothly, and our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. This is a fulltime role (40 hours per week) based at Bicester Village.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, process, and organise all deliveries to the highest standard.
• Keep stock areas clean, safe, and impeccably organised in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure products are stored, handled, and replenished correctly to maintain quality and reduce loss
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the shop floor is consistently and efficiently replenished.
• Respond to stock requests quickly to support seamless customer service.
• Follow all procedures relating to manual handling, stock security, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with all Fortnum & Mason operational standards.

This is a physically demanding position, involving long periods of standing, moving stock, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
