Overview

Fortnum & Mason invites candidates to a Retail Experience Day at the Piccadilly Flagship store to identify exceptional Sales Associates to join our teams. The experience day includes learning about the brand and roles in more detail, a group activity, and a 1-1 interview designed to assess suitability for our roles. The exercise will cover customer service, product knowledge, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Be genuinely passionate about luxury retail and demonstrate previous experience in a relevant role
• Enjoy creating a sense of pleasure for customers
• Be ready to learn products inside-out and demonstrate a constant hunger for knowledge
• Be able to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating rota (including weekends)
