Role Purpose: The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks and system onboarding to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Key interfaces: The Recruitment Coordinator interacts with the Talent Team, hiring managers, candidates and HR team departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain recruitment records, including candidate databases, job postings, and application tracking systems
- System Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have access to necessary systems and tools for a successful day one
- Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support
- Documentation: Prepare and distribute offer letters and e-mails and other employment-related documents
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements – i.e. right to work
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities to support the Talent Team decision-making.
