Overview
In this role you drive business growth by applying disciplined program management to cross-functional initiatives. You will lead geographically distributed teams, scoping work, securing resources, and setting targets to ensure programs deliver on time, budget, and quality. You communicate across the organization, navigate tradeoffs, and enable clarity and execution. Responsibilities
- Own process discipline for programs and drive consistent execution
- Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams through scoping, resourcing, and target setting
- Manage program governance, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and resolve conflicts and tradeoffs
- Enable cross-functional clarity and execution to meet program objectives
Key requirements
- 4+ years of Program or Project Management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication; indirect leadership of cross-functional teams
- Experience managing small to mid-sized programs with budgets up to $10M USD
- Change management, problem-solving, and collaborative leadership
- Understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Experience creating schedules, action plans, issue trackers, and risk registers
- Ability to identify risks, drive countermeasures, and lead through changing priorities
- Budget management and KPI tracking to support program objectives
- Knowledge of product lifecycle and product development processes (desirable)
- PLM systems knowledge (Oracle, eMatrix/Enovia or similar) (preferred)
