Role Summary: Assembles finished goods to Customer orders, keeping to required quality and productivity targets.

- Assemble finished goods to Customer Orders
- Meet (or exceed) Quality standards
- Meet (or exceed) hourly productivity targets
- Follow Standard Work
- Cross-train across different production areas (defined in Production Training Matrix)

Main Responsibilities:
- Production of finished goods to required targets
- Is an active and engaged member of the team, communicates well and provides improvement ideas. Is an example to others.
- Keep production below the defined acceptable level of internal and external quality issues.
- Follows Standard Work & 5S Housekeeping and provides feedback for process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to take on new ideas and best practice.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge required to be successful in role:
- Nimble / dextrous at manual assembly
- Able to understand assembly drawings and related production documentation
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
