This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team at an early stage of a long-term framework, working on high-profile projects within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation. The Role: Lead commercial activities across medium to large-scale Building Services / MEP projects Support project and framework mobilisation from an early stage Manage project costs, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and final accounts Review and negotiate contract terms, risks, variations, and subcontractor agreements Work closely with project delivery and commercial leadership teams Mentor and support junior commercial team members where required What They’re Looking For: Proven experience within Building Services / MEP contracting environments Strong commercial management experience on complex Building Services projects Ability to work autonomously and drive commercial performance Leadership or team management experience is advantageous What’s On Offer: Competitive salary
