You'll own your own specialist market across the US Construction Consultancy and Owner's Representative sectors, combining executive search, business development, account management and market intelligence.
You'll be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, building exceptional candidate networks and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the industry.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement and aftercare.
Recruit Cost Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Project Controls professionals, Estimators and Executive leadership.
Deliver salary benchmarking, market mapping and competitor intelligence to clients.
Build long-term talent pipelines before vacancies arise.
Represent Fortiva through networking, Linked In and industry engagement.
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission. Personal branding and Linked In support.
Training, coaching and ongoing professional development.
Previous agency recruitment experience preferred. Strong business development mindset and commercial awareness.
