Currently supporting a leading UK engineering and infrastructure business in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Building Services (MEP) experience to join a major framework project in Glasgow.

- Lead commercial activities across medium to large-scale Building Services / MEP projects
- Support project and framework mobilisation from an early stage
- Manage project costs, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and final accounts
- Review and negotiate contract terms, risks, variations, and subcontractor agreements
- Work closely with project delivery and commercial leadership teams
- Mentor and support junior commercial team members where required
Proven experience within Building Services / MEP contracting environments
Strong commercial management experience on complex Building Services projects
Ability to work autonomously and drive commercial performance
