Currently supporting a leading UK engineering and infrastructure business in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Building Services (MEP) experience to join a major framework project in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team at an early stage of a long-term framework, working on high-profile projects within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

  • Lead commercial activities across medium to large-scale Building Services / MEP projects
  • Support project and framework mobilisation from an early stage
  • Manage project costs, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and final accounts
  • Review and negotiate contract terms, risks, variations, and subcontractor agreements
  • Work closely with project delivery and commercial leadership teams
  • Mentor and support junior commercial team members where required

Proven experience within Building Services / MEP contracting environments

Strong commercial management experience on complex Building Services projects

Ability to work autonomously and drive commercial performance
