An established contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds head office on a permanent basis.

The role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial delivery across a range of construction projects, from underground cabling and overhead lines to substation installations.
You will manage cost and value from feasibility through to final handover, ensuring the financial success of each project.

- Conduct monthly cost value reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee invoicing, debts, and commercial post-audit processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams at all levels.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services on construction projects.
- Working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
- Expertise in cost and value management.
- Strong background in power, substation, or related infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- MRICS qualification desirable.
