We’re looking for a dedicated experienced nurse to join our Surgical Ward at a leading orthopaedic and spinal clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside world-class specialists, delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, dynamic environment.

Details:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Full-time Permanent role
  • Shifts are 8-12 hours long
  • Days, Nights, and Weekends included in the rota

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN
  • A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience from an inpatient setting
  • Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Relevant spinal or orthopaedic experience
  • Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application
  • Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care
  • Up to date clinical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
