Fortius Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised Quality & Data Reporting Coordinator to join our Quality & Risk team. Based at our Marylebone offices, you will play a key role in supporting essential non‑clinical administrative functions across all Fortius locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in healthcare who is looking to further develop their skills within quality, data protection and compliance. You will work closely with the Quality Team to ensure that all Fortius sites continue to meet the highest standards of safety, governance, and regulatory excellence.
- Oversee core GDPR housekeeping tasks, including maintaining and updating key KPIs such as Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Support the Quality Team with essential administration duties, including incident reporting, complaints handling and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide assistance to team members as required, ensuring smooth coordination of quality and risk activities across all sites.
- Run reports and support data collection in areas of compliance, governance and quality monitoring.
- Act as a point of contact for patients, listening to and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by the Head of Quality & Risk to support the effective functioning of the department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- Previous administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
- Understanding of data protection principles, including GDPR.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience supporting quality, compliance, governance or risk‑related administrative processes.
- Experience dealing with patients, service users or the public in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Desirable
- Experience with incident reporting or complaints handling systems.
- Prior experience supporting CQC compliance or familiarity with the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
- Knowledge of data protection documentation such as ROPAs and DPIAs.
- Experience producing basic reports or working with compliance‑related dashboards.
