We are seeking a dedicated EU Customs and Transport Co-Ordinator for a full-time, on-site role at our East Hanningfield office. The role involves managing customs processes for EU transport, coordinating and monitoring shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and customs authorities, maintaining accurate records, managing shipping documentation, and providing exceptional customer support and communication. The Co-Ordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain while meeting tight deadlines. This position would suit a highly motivated self-starter who takes pride in delivering a top quality service to our client base. Some previous sales experience in a similar field would also be advantageous although this is predominantly a Customs and shipment Co-ordination role. We would also consider a deep sea Customs clearance operative or similar.
Due to the nature of road freight shipments, the role is fast paced so the applicant will be expected to be cool under pressure. In return we offer a competitive salary and a secure, friendly workspace.

Invoicing

Self-motivated with a pro-active & positive attitude. Willing to learn and adapt where required.
1 years minimum Customs experience required β understanding of IPAFFS and PEACH preferred
Understanding of Duty/VAT preference and the various methods of payment available
Confident using Microsoft office
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Transportation Management skills to oversee customs processes and ensure efficient logistical coordination
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams effectively
- Outstanding Organization Skills to manage shipping documentation, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of EU customs regulations and transportation guidelines is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in logistics and transportation management
- Ability to work effectively on-site in East Hanningfield within a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
