We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and flexible ICT Technician to support our busy school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of systems and platforms—including Windows, macOS, and Chromebooks—and to contribute to the development of a robust and responsive ICT service.

About the Role

You will work closely with the ICT Systems Manager and Network Manager to maintain and improve the school’s IT infrastructure. This includes supporting day-to-day operations, enhancing digital learning platforms, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to students and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing ICT support and troubleshooting across a range of devices and systems.
  • Assisting with the implementation of school-wide digital strategies.
  • Maintaining records and ensuring compliance across various IT systems, including MIS.
  • Supporting the school’s network management and hardware maintenance.

About You

  • Strong ICT skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant ICT qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them (e.g., Network Management, Web Design).
  • Knowledge of IT compliance, systems management, and record keeping.
