An award-winning, independent construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Residential and further sector projects, providing cost consultancy and commercial advice from initial feasibility through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets and financial reports.
- Lead procurement and tendering processes.
- Manage cost control, valuations and contract variations.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Manage final accounts and commercial risk.
- Build strong client relationships and support junior team members.
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy.
- Strong pre and post-contract cost management experience.
- Excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills.
