We’re working with an established construction consultancy seeking a motivated QS to join its growing team, delivering projects across retail and a diverse range of real estate sectors.

The Role
- Deliver cost management and quantity surveying services across a range of projects.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and cost reports.
- Manage procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, identify commercial risks and support cost control.
- Work closely with clients, contractors and wider project teams.
- Contribute to successful project delivery from inception through to completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Cost Management role.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience across retail or other construction sectors is advantageous.
- Working towards RICS chartership or MRICS desired
