Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, estimates and budget preparation.
- Support tender documentation, procurement and contract administration.
- Assist with valuations, variations and cost reporting.
- Help prepare financial reports and final accounts.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Develop your technical knowledge across pre and post-contract services.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ consultancy experience
- Bsc in Quantity Surveying or similar
- An interest in working towards RICS chartership.
- Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and genuine ambition to progress.
