Fortis are working exclusively with an engineering company based in Slough to recruit an administrator to support the production department. The successful candidate will be doing data entry, document generation and providing customer support.
The production administrator will be answering phones, inputting KPI data, liaising with customers and booking work in.
The hours are 0630 – 1400 Monday to Friday and this is a long term temporary position.
Key Tasks
- Inputting and updating KPI’s
- Raising commercial invoices and answering customer queries relating to Sales orders
- Follow up amendments with Production department
- Booking work in and raising delivery notes
- Answer telephone calls and emails
This position is reporting to the production manager and plays a key part within the production team. If you have a background in production or engineering that would be an advantage.
