Fortis are working with a rapidly growing business who are looking to recruit a management accountant to be a key member of the team based in the Camberley area. You will be the most senior dedicated finance person and take ownership of the day to day financial operations whilst delivering accurate and insightful management reporting across company and group level. The company are in a period of rapid growth and this position is central to ensuring strong financial control as the business scales. The management accountant will combine operational finance responsibility with high-quality management accounting, giving visibility across project, departmental and group performance. This role offers genuine scope for development as the finance function evolves, including the opportunity to support future team growth and wider group consolidation. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced SME environment, bringing strong technical capability, commercial awareness and a proactive, hands-on approach.
