The Role — Where You’ll Make an Impact
As a Senior EICA Design Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of EICA design from early concept through to detailed design and delivery, working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the production of EICA design deliverables across water and wastewater projects
- Producing clear, high-quality drawings, specifications, schedules, calculations and control philosophies
- Reviewing supplier and subcontractor designs, identifying risks, optimising solutions and ensuring compliance
- Supporting client design reviews, technical meetings and workshops to secure approvals
- Acting as a technical authority, clearly explaining complex EICA concepts to non-specialists
- Managing design risk, ensuring safety, operability, maintainability and whole-life cost are considered
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, helping develop capability within the team
- Contributing to tender reviews, cost assessments and technical input for bids
