We’re supporting a high-growth, independent tax and advisory firm in Basingstoke as they recruit a Personal Tax Senior Manager with a clear, structured pathway to Director within 1–3 years.
The Role
- Lead a high-value portfolio of HNWIs, entrepreneurs, property investors, and trusts.
- Deliver complex advisory work across residence domicile, IHT, CGT, property tax, succession planning, and restructuring.
- Review complex compliance work and ensure high technical standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members as part of a growing private client function.
- Play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and shaping the firm’s tax strategy.
About You
- CTA qualified (or equivalent senior-level experience).
- Strong background in personal tax advisory and complex private client work.
- Confident leading client relationships and delivering high-quality planning.
