Key Responsibilities
- End‑User Support: troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, handle IMAC tasks, AV systems & executive (VIP) support.
- Device Lifecycle: image and deploy devices (Windows 10 / macOS), manage hardware refresh, disposal, and warranty repairs.
- Asset Operations: lead inventory management, spare parts tracking, depot services and weekly reporting.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: onboard new hires, coordinate vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
