About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced EDM Wire Operator to join our client dynamic team.
You will play a key role in their expanding operations, focusing on precision machining using advanced EDM technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate EDM machinery, including Wire, Spark, and EDM Drill types.
- Produce high‑tolerance components from technical drawings.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints and ensure adherence to strict tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving production needs.

- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred).
- Experience working with high‑performance materials (e. g., hardened steels, alloys).
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
