The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded consultant who combines strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and practical business experience. You will work directly with business owners, directors and leadership teams to identify opportunities, support business improvement initiatives and help clients achieve measurable outcomes. The role combines opportunity development, consultancy sales, client delivery and account growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Development
    • Build relationships with business owners, directors, advisers, introducers and strategic partners.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Support the continued growth of the FortisConnect client base.
  • Consultancy Sales & Conversion
    • Conduct discovery meetings and business reviews.
    • Understand client challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Scope consultancy engagements and prepare proposals.
    • Convert opportunities into client engagements.
  • Client Delivery
    • Support growth, business improvement and strategic projects.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops and reviews.
    • Help clients implement practical solutions and achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Account Growth
    • Build long-term client relationships.
    • Generate repeat work, referrals and introductions.
    • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
