- Partner directly with telecommunications service providers and network operators to understand their business and technical requirements, translating these into effective Fortinet solutions.
- Design and position scalable, carrier-grade security architectures across networking, cloud and security environments.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, architecture workshops and whiteboarding sessions to both technical and executive audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with customers, internal account teams and Fortinet specialists to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain deep expertise across Fortinet's portfolio, industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and ensure accurate technical documentation within Salesforce.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues and sharing best practices across the wider Systems Engineering organisation.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A desire to contribute to a high-performing and inclusive team.
- Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP, CISSP, CCNP or equivalent are an advantage.
