Responsibilities
- Support global and regional Eloqua campaign requests from intake through to activation.
- Manage the campaign plan of record, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Build and configure Eloqua assets and programmes, including emails, landing pages, forms, segments, feeders, and campaign canvases.
- Partner with corporate and field marketing teams to gather, review, and refine campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare offline marketing data for import into Eloqua and related systems.
- Perform data manipulation, standardisation, normalisation, and reformatting using tools such as Excel, Access, and text editors.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and adherence to campaign build standards and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and platform capabilities related to marketing automation and Eloqua.
- Support additional marketing operations tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms; Eloqua experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Able to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Basic front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are a plus.
