About Fortify
Fortify is a fast-growing startup based in Cambridge. We build AML and fraud detection software for banks, payment processors and remittance companies. The people who read what we make are compliance officers, fraud teams and operations leads, who spend their days working alerts, writing rules and preparing for regulators.

Brand
Your first three months
- Get to know the current brand, the website and our audience, and pick up live requests from week one.
- Deliver a steady flow of LinkedIn and campaign assets, roughly weekly.
- Build a small template kit (social posts, carousels, one-pager, deck) so recurring work gets quicker and stays consistent.
- Design at least one sales asset end to end, such as a case study or event leave-behind.
- Share what you've noticed about where the brand falls short, as the starting point for evolving it.
Who we're looking for
- You have strong craft and a portfolio that shows it. You're happy turning round a LinkedIn carousel one day and thinking about a brand system the next.
- Several years of freelance or agency work across marketing, collateral and web design
- Confident in Figma, and able to produce polished PowerPoint decks
- Comfortable designing web pages for a developer to build, with clear handover files
- Good at turning a rough brief into something clear, and asking the right questions when the brief is thin
- Reliable on deadlines, and organised enough to plan your time around a varying workload
- Taste that leans editorial: restraint, white space, quiet hierarchy
- Experience with B2B, fintech or other technical audiences is a plus, but not essential. We'll bring the domain knowledge.
