- Specific Responsibilities Include
- The development and promotion through effective communication of Company, Factory and Team plans and their focused implementation to achieve defined objectives.
- People Management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance review to ensure delivery of objectives through team working.
- To facilitate the rigorous application of IMS, TPM Tools and Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement across all areas of manufacturing capability.
- The development of systems and standards to deliver world‑class standards of housekeeping within the manufacturing environment using 5S’ principles.
- Implementation and adherence of factory based Risk Assessments and Standard operating Procedures.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- A high degree of self‑motivation.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience.
- Be a natural coach, able to lead, motivate and develop a multi‑skilled team, ensuring they deliver all targets and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all departments and levels of the business.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse data to inform decision making.
- Have the ambition and ability to progress into a senior managerial role.
- Experience in continuous operation production process.
- Demonstrable organisational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures.
- A recognised Health and Safety Qualification, IOSH or NEBOSH.
