We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a remote role with travel across the North West and North East of England.
- Key Accountabilities
- Planning, researching and executing potential sales opportunities in order to drive profitable market share growth for the business
- Consistently delivers against set goals and targets
- Proactive initiation of customer contact and conversations in order to drive positive results
- Establishing credibility with customers by building trust through adding value by providing solutions that meet the customer’s needs
- Developing strong and sustainable customer relationships with key customers. Ensure these relationships are managed with a high level of trust and integrity
- Utilises a proactive data‑driven approach to make commercial decisions, including ensuring adherence to key sales processes and systems (e. g., CRM)
- Seeks feedback from customers proactively in order to provide a better sales experience
- Developing strong internal relationships across the Ibstock business (e. g., Production) in order to create better outcomes for the business and our customers

- Experienced in representing organisations at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions
