Do you have experience working in a technical consulting capacity on complex problems that deliver capabilities into the heart of National Security customers, progressing their mission of protecting the UK? We are supporting a number of organisations (from scaleup to prime) that are investing in and scaling their National Security consulting teams, in London. We are recruiting consultants at a range of seniorities that will contribute to developing capabilities, working closely with customers on-site. You will be shaping and delivering against the customer mission, working together to make the UK a safer and better place.

- Business Analysis
- Business Change
- P3M Consulting
- Technical Consultancy (Cloud or Software)
Please note all applicants must hold the highest levels of UK Government clearance.
Ideally, you will be:
- Excited by the challenge of shaping something new and growing how we work for our customers.
- Driven by the excitement and challenge of helping customers solve some of the most critical challenges faced in Defence and National Security.
- An experienced consultant looking to shape and lead teams, a technologist looking to apply their skills to a different challenge, or a government operational user wanting to link your experience to the growth of capability.
- Experienced with agile delivery methodologies.
- Able to work with offsite teams to help better integrate a broad range of existing and new capabilities both within the business and supplier ecosystems.
- Willing to work on customer sites several days a week.
Key Capabilities and Knowledge:
- Implementing organisational change management practices to support iterative/agile working.
- Stakeholder mapping and engagement.
- Organising and prioritising requirements using techniques such as product roadmaps, epics, user stories and backlogs.
- Planning and leading workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Reconciling the customer’s vision with user requirements.
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including scaled-agile.
- Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understands the operational environment and underlying domain-specific issues.
- Experience of working in highly technical and/or large government departments.
- Mapping value chain and benefits realisation.
- Articulation of option papers, mapping to end organisations’ strategic direction.
- Systems thinking and business process modelling.
