Having scaled quietly and organically since incorporation, they are set to accelerate their growth by hiring more exceptional Software Engineers to complement their 20-strong team.
Here, you’d work hand-in-hand with the customer and your colleagues on complex and purposeful engineering projects. This business owns its project delivery with the customer (not working via frameworks); you would bring JVM Language experience; Java, Kotlin or Scala, and might have tinkered with JavaScript/TypeScript and React too!
Being so embedded with the customer, all projects require 5 days/week high-side. No office politics: Just cutting-edge missions-focused work at the pointy tip of the NS mission.
Base salaries up to £90k + company bonus + clearance bonus.
