This is an exciting role for a Performance Analyst who wants to help an important, busy delivery team improve how it uses data to shape and assess the 'always full' pipeline of customer facing digital forms. It's an area which does have delivery commitments but also lots of opportunity to play and innovate with data. The aspiration is that the new team will have data as a beating heart.
This role will also work closely with the HMRC Senior Performance Analyst in the Forms Landscape who is transforming how data is collected. The role will involve working with stakeholders to establish data frameworks for individual forms to allow us to track performance across the forms journey, not just building queries from specifications.
There are forms that cover every business customer process in HMRC - so exploring their data - and how this ties into operational data like calls and case working efficiency is part of the bigger picture.
The role requires experience in a government environment.
