An organisation undergoing digital transformation is seeking experienced OKR specialists to support the definition, measurement and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across multiple technology and delivery domains. The engagement will focus on creating a clear performance framework, aligning leadership on meaningful success measures, and delivering intuitive dashboards that demonstrate progress, outcomes and business value. The role combines strategic OKR design with hands-on data reporting and dashboard delivery.
Key Responsibilities- OKR Framework Development
- Support the definition of organisational-level OKRs across digital and technology functions
- Ensure objectives and key results are outcome-focused, measurable and aligned to strategic priorities
- Establish consistent measurement standards and reporting cadence
- Translate strategic intent into actionable performance indicators
- Service-Level OKR Enablement
- Work with delivery teams to confirm ownership of relevant OKRs
- Support teams to define supplementary key results where appropriate
- Ensure alignment between organisational and service-level metrics
- Provide coaching and guidance on writing effective OKRs
- Phase 1 - Discovery & Design (Weeks 1-4)
- Engage senior stakeholders to agree success measures
- Identify and access relevant data sources and systems
- Define reporting logic and data models
- Design dashboard structure and user experience
- Phase 2 - Build (Weeks 5-8)
- Develop an MVP performance dashboard
- Integrate data from agreed systems
- Validate metrics and reporting with stakeholders
- Iterate based on early feedback
- Phase 3 - Launch & Embed (Weeks 9-10)
- Finalise dashboards and reporting views
- Support launch activities and communications
- Deliver OKR training and guidance sessions
- Produce handover documentation
- Demonstrable experience implementing and measuring OKRs
- Strong data management and performance reporting capability
- Advanced experience building dashboards using Power BI
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and delivery tools
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
