Fortice are working with a globally recognised tech consultancy looking to build out their National Security and Defence Practice in the UK. Popular among individuals looking for upskilling whilst gaining professional experience delivering complex digital projects supporting HMG Frameworks. With offices across the UK, the names practice predominantly deploy engineers outside of Manchester, Cheltenham, and London with the opportunity to adopt a hybrid pattern.

As part of their ongoing growth plans, the business continues to bring in experienced Software Developers, from those early in their career to experienced engineers and Tech Leads.

Tech Stack: Their industry partnerships and involvement in various projects allow them to consider Engineers irrespective of your stack. Skills in the following areas are highly desirable: AWS | Ansible | Docker | Kubernetes | Linux.

You will be working on an interesting range of projects that deliver into Central Government customers and as such, you will need to hold an active SC clearance and be eligible for DV level of UK Security Vetting.

Process: On applying, you can expect a two-stage process which is typically completed in 2 weeks. You will first have a 60-minute virtual meeting which covers an initial overview of your experience to-date. This will is usually followed by a 90 minute interview to explore your technical abilities and decide your role within the wider practice.
