You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead workstreams, contribute to business development, and help shape how the practice delivers people transformation across the sector.
People and Workforce Transformation
You would be joining a globally recognised organisation with a strong track record of delivering complex HR and organisational change programmes in the defence and security domains. The team works with clients undertaking some of the most significant workforce transformations in the public and private sector, combining technology, data and people expertise to drive meaningful, lasting change.

- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas, ideally gained within a complex public sector or defence environment:
- Workforce and digital change, including change management, AI adoption, digital training, and communications.
- Organisational design, including operating model design, role design, and workforce analytics.
- Business analysis and service design, including requirements gathering, user research, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
Clearance
All applicants must hold active SC or DV clearance.
Working arrangements
