We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a ITOM Architect (SC cleared) to join them on a major government project that's based remotely.

Role Description:

ITOM Architect – Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ServiceNow ITAM.
A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance. Be able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product) and analyse/adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM.
