We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a Commvault BackUp Engineer to join them on a major banking project that is based in Sheffield.
Must have experience:
- Experience in Commvault administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge and (preferably) experience of Commvault Hyperscale solutions.
- Ability to architect and implement a complete new Commvault solution from scratch.
- Deep understanding of IntelliSnap and its integration with block storage arrays.
- Integration of Commvault with RMAN for Oracle Databases.
- Hands-on experience with Commvault performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of Commvault disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with Commvault data migration and upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with Commvault Command Center and other monitoring tools.
- Understanding of Commvault licensing and compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation (Confluence), analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong abilities with using the Commvault reporting suite, preferably with knowledge to create custom reports.
- Experience working in a finance background with adherence to strong change management practices.
