As a Data Scientist in this team, you’ll help clients move beyond experimentation into real-world AI adoption. You’ll work on designing, building and deploying intelligent solutions that combine machine learning, GenAI and agent-based systems to improve decision-making, automate complex tasks and unlock new value from data.
You’ll play a hands-on role in both technical delivery and client engagement — helping organisations understand what’s possible with modern AI and turning that potential into scalable, production-ready solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI, GenAI, Data Science and Analytics projects, ensuring client expectations are met at every stage.
- Designing and building data science and AI solutions that move from proof of value into production environments.
- Developing intelligent agents and GenAI-powered workflows that augment or automate business processes.
- Creating compelling demonstrations and prototypes that inspire clients and showcase how AI and advanced analytics can be applied to their real business challenges.
- Applying structured problem-solving to messy, real-world data problems — balancing creativity with practical implementation.
- Collaborating closely with data engineers, architects, domain experts and client stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable outcomes.
- Continuously developing your skills in AI, data science and analytics, adopting modern techniques, tools and frameworks with support from a strong peer community.

Your Skills & Experience
You’re a technically strong, curious data scientist who enjoys working at the frontier of applied AI while staying grounded in delivering real business value.
- Experience delivering data science or AI solutions in production or near-production environments.
- Strong problem-structuring skills and the ability to translate business challenges into analytical approaches.
- Confidence explaining complex AI and data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical experience in several of the following:
- Programming & Data Science
- Proficiency in Python, R, or PySpark.
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modelling, or optimisation techniques.
- Working with large, complex datasets in cloud or distributed environments.
- Cloud & Data Platforms
- Architectural knowledge or hands-on experience with one or more major data/AI platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Databricks.
- Agentic AI & Generative AI
- Experience with or interest in emerging Agentic and GenAI ecosystems, such as: Agent and orchestration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Adept AI, UiPath, Orby AI, Beam AI), LLM-based solution design, prompt engineering and tool integration.
- Building AI agents that can plan, reason, and interact with systems or users.
- Applying large language models in enterprise contexts with appropriate governance and controls.
