We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a C4C SME to join them on a major project that's based remotely.
Senior C4C Service SME – to lead an assessment of an existing C4C implementation for a Retail Utility company, identify pain points, and recommend solutions. This will be as part of a small team that this individual will be expected to lead. This individual will ideally have Utility experience.
