Project Manager - National Security

An opportunity to manage meaningful projects, bring multidisciplinary teams together and turn complex client requirements in the NatSec domain into real outcomes.

Working at the intersection of technology, business change and client delivery, you’ll lead projects from initiation through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and governance to implementation and acceptance.
• Managing project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Bringing together teams across business change, business analysis, communications and software development.
• Keeping delivery on track while ensuring projects achieve the outcomes and benefits they were designed to deliver.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience delivering projects end-to-end, ideally in the NatSec domain.
• An understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Confidence managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or MS Project.
• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMQ, ideally alongside an Agile certification.
• Experience working in a technical or technology-led environment.
