We are looking for the ones who help others find their Forti. As we prepare to open our doors in early April, we are building a founding team of instructors who understand that true strength isn’t just about force, it’s about control, resilience, and the willingness to embrace the shake. At Forti, our method is high-intensity and driven by heavy springs. While our equipment is specialised, your talent is universal. Whether your background is in Pilates, Personal Training, Dance, or Barre, if you have the "X-factor" to command a room and the technical eye to correct form, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Command the Room: Lead high-energy, high-intensity classes that keep clients motivated and focused.
- Expert Instruction: Provide real-time form corrections and modifications to ensure a safe, effective workout for all levels.
- The Forti Method: Successfully translate your existing fitness expertise to our specialist resistance beds (don’t worry—we provide the training).
- Community Building: Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for our founding members.
What We’re Looking For
- Movement Background: Experience in Pilates (Mat or Reformer), PT, Dance, or Barre.
- Precision & Presence: A strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to articulate technical cues with confidence.
- Flexibility: We need Early Birds to kickstart our mornings and Night Owls to lead our evening sessions.
- Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn our specific method and master our heavy-spring machines.
Why Forti?
- Founding Team Status: Be part of the original crew shaping the culture of a brand-new studio.
- Specialist Training: We provide full training on our unique resistance beds to help you adapt your skills.
- Dynamic Community: Join a brand focused on finding strength through control and resilience.
Ready to find your Forti? If you’re ready to help a new community find their strength, we’d love to meet you. To apply: Send a quick hello along with a bit about your background and experience to hello@fortistudio.co.uk, and let us know what days and time suit you. Rates are £25-£40/hour depending on experience, and we will aim to give instructors at least two hours back to back (if they want) to minimise travel time.
