Quality & Learning Information Assistant
27,237 – 28,394 (pro rata)
0.5 FTE / 17.5 hours per week
Based at Falkirk Campus
Fixed-term to June 2026

We are seeking a well-organised and efficient individual to provide high-quality administrative support within our Learning and Quality team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the coordination of external verification visits
* Collating information related to qualification results, appeals, and school pupil attendance
* Acting as a point of contact for internal staff and external agencies
* Contributing to quality improvement and curriculum development across the college

You will report to the Quality Systems Co-ordinator and support activity across all three campus sites.

You will be educated to SVQ level2 (or equivalent) with experience of manipulating spreadsheets, databases, project / survey management software. You should have the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in written form, to gather a wide range of information. Experience of working with finance systems and information systems would also be advantageous.

This role is essential to ensuring the delivery of a responsive, accurate, and effective service.
